The firm is a husband and wife partnership between Oliver Paxman and Lana Paxman.
Oliver Paxman graduated from the University of Notre Dame Australia with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB). Oliver has worked exclusively in crime during his legal career. He worked as a criminal defence lawyer (barrister and solicitor) for the busiest criminal defence practice is Western Australia. In 2007 in he joined the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions working as a prosecutor.
Lana Paxman graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice (GDLP) from the University of Western Sydney. She has extensive experience in criminal law as a prosecutor for both the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions and the State Solicitors Office. Lana is also an Officer in the Royal Australian Air Force Active Reserves.
