VH Lee and Associates was founded by Alvin Lee in 2009 who previously practiced as a lawyer for various Sydney and Canberra based law firms. Born and raised in Malaysia, Alvin undertook his commerce and legal studies in Perth, Western Australia before commencing his legal career in Sydney in 2005. 

Alvin works closely with independent Migration Agent Victor Hau (MARN 0962690) who assists the firm with all matters pertaining to Australian immigration law._

We are well versed in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Bahasa Malaysia, and Greek and have an established clientele from Australia, Russia, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, India and Bangladesh.

We are a Sydney-based boutique law firm with a flair for property and business conveyancing, leasing, building, construction, and real estate laws. We also provide additional services incidental to these areas of law such as general litigation, wills, probate, and estate administration. We act for investors, purchasers, and vendors of businesses, commercial and residential properties, property developers, lessors, lessees and real estate agents of different nationalities. We also offer migration services through our independent affiliates Osemed Pty Ltd.
